Trashy Treasures Tuesday

Alrighty!!!  Here we are on Tuesday... my favorite day of the week.  Why you ask???  It's trash day!  Ok , for most of you out there, I know you're thinking  "really, trash get you excited?", and I can honestly answer a resounding YES!!!  Ok, so it's a little back woods bubba to be trash pickin', but there's some seriously good stuff out there!  Let me show you my haul from today...

some things are almost perfect and ready to be put to good use

some things need a little glue and a new purpose

some things might just end up back in the trash ;)

And some things just need a fresh coat of paint and a new wire or two

Here are some recent finds from the last few weeks... BEFORE I broke my rib LOL.  It's hard to be driving and picking stuff up when your rib is broken, although a few Tuesdays I've thought real hard about going out anyway.  It seems to be becoming an addiction, or at least that's what my honey says anyway.

This little pretty is going to get a very pretty overhaul

this beauty stayed in our kitchen for a while, then went to craigslist, just sold yesterday
